Injected problem by disconnecting parts hoped I'll let them fix the "problem" so digonized now leaves me with a Destroyed ca

I made the greatest mistake of my life by stepping into the Pep Boys Auto located at 1641 Wigglesworth Way, Woodbridge, VA 22191 in December for an oil change and for them to check on a noise that was coming from the front left wheel of my 2000 Chrysler Cirrus. The front desk clerk, who attended to me by name of Will, came back and informed me that apart from the oil change that I needed a new filter. He informed me that on running diagnostics, they found out that I needed 2 new front tires and a wheel alignment. He assured me that the noise will go away once he finishes. I hesitated a little bit and gave him an okay to do it; after all I need the car to go to work.

I was surprised when I picked up the next day that the notice was still there and did not "go away" as Will had said. I made a trip back to Pep Boys; this time met a different clerk who said that Will has been moved out of frond desk because of "playing trick" making false digenesis. The manager now examined the car this time diagnose the breaks. We came to a compromise after hearing what Will has done he decided to charge me only for the cost of the break pads.

I wish that was it. I drove home; things seemed okay until I put the car on the highway. I made an exit off the highway and came to a stop light. When the light changed, I accelerated to move, but the car did not responded, it literally died on me. I tolled it in back to Pep Boys, this time diagnosis by "eye inspection" they said is Distributor cap cost approx. $1300. Since I could not afford it at the time, coupled by continuous calls from Pep Boys to move the car, I arranged and towed the car back to my residence.

I was surprised by what I saw when I opened the hood of the car, loose parts everywhere. The hose that connects to the filter was separated and lying on top of the engine block, so where other parts that I don't have a clue where they came from.

On talking to both the manager and his assistance, both familiar with my incident with Will, saw this as business as usual and were casual about this. Their only concern is how the can bring the car back in a couple back the loose parts. I am now out of car for over a month.
