Sunrise Chevrolet RightWay To a LEMON. The wrong way to go. False Advertising. Does not honor warrantees. Unsafe cars!

Scam alert!!! Rightway in villa park!

For those of us with bad credit that need a good car, paying a high interest rate on an auto loan may be the only way to go. I understand that. It sucks, but it is what it is. But the problem is when you are paying top dollar for a vehicle that supposedly passed a rigorous safety inspection, you expect it to be safe. The sales man (let's call him Larry C.) said that the truck had almost everything replaced on it, thats why the price was so high, because they had to invest a lot in it to recondition it. It looked great. Beautiful truck.

Shortly (1 week) after I agreed to pay almost $15000 for a $6000 truck. I started having problems, but that's ok. They have a 6-month warrantee on all safety-related systems. Yeah right.

They fixed my lighting problems. Sure their stoner mechanic (Paul G. From G. Automotive in Villa Park, located right behind Rightway) off a side street left my truck parked out in the middle of the street for several hours with the windows open and keys in the ignition. (I watched from a nearby location.)

He didnt get to the bad tie-rod end that was supposedly inspected by him a few weeks earlier. But thats ok they sent my truck to a reputable muffler shop to finish the work Paul was too high to finish. That was the only good part.

Next came all the electrical problems. Apparently they do not consider problems that cause your vehicle to stall in traffic, safety-related. I have been replacing one electrical part after another since ive owned this thing. The Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) failed shortly before their safety-related systems warrantee expired, but they dorked me around for several days until the warrantee was over and than told me to F. OFF.

So with the knowledge that a large Chevrolet Dealer was the sister company of RightWay, i called Sunrise Chevrolet in Glendale Hts. They really did everything they could to try to get RightWay to right their wrongs but they ultimately could not help.

So I have a piece of junk Chevy. But at least they called me a couple weeks ago to see if i wanted to trade it in with them.

2000 Blazer 4x4,4dr, 4.3L, leather, power everything, and ALL options.
I paid $10,000 1 1/2 years ago, total I will pay by the time I pay it off is almost $15,000 and they want to give me $300 (3 hundred!) as a trade-in. They offered to add in the amount I still owe into the new loan. Haha. Great deal.

No Im happy with my Blazer that has:
ABS problems,
steering and suspension problems,
4x4 and transfer case problems,
overheating problems,
stalling problems,
power window and heated seat problems,
and seat belts that dont come work.

You dont even wanna know how much I have spent on alternators, starters, computers, electrical parts, etc. All the classic symptoms of a flood vehicle. Normally flood vehicles go to the junkyard. Unless they go to RightWay before insurance gets them.

Thanks rightway.
