Cashed a down payment check for a car that I had to return 2 weeks later

Marina Del Rey Toyota told me that I was approved for a 2007 4 runner truck by the bank. They came back 2 weeks later and said that they never told me that and to return the car. I said you let me leave in a car and tell me to return it 2 weeks later? I returned the car and they cashed my down payment check of $500 and refuse to return my money. One of the finance managers told me to get the f& out of his store, one called me an N word. This is the worst experience of my life, they operate like the mob. They all gang up on you and make you feel like a criminal instead of a customer.
