I purchased a vehicle a little over a year ago from Rosemury Motors (International Auto Mall). With my purchase, I signed a tires for life contract between myself and Rosemury's, agreeing to service my vehicle at their dealership, including oil changes every 3,000 to 4,000 miles, tire rotations at 6,000 miles. Upon complying with the above parameters, Rosemurgy Motors, would in turn supply me with tires for life once the tread depth reached 3/32 on ANY tire.
I just had my truck in for service two weeks ago and my rear tires are at 3/32. The service writer submitted my claim for the tires for life. I was, of course, denied. That brings me to my complaint. I followed the contract to the letter. I even have the records from the service department showing when I was in and my mileage. My salesman, who will remain un-named, was excellent in the manor he treated me. The parts manager however, was very rude to my wife.
I will be settling this in small claims court, and they will hopefully be paying me back for the 2 new tires I am going to have to purchase.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The have cancelled the "program", and have been bought out.
I will continue to update this as this plays out.
