My husband and I have had problems with financing an automobile in the past. I have never had such trouble with a finance company in my life. If we were two days late on our payment (we had to pay WEEKLY) we were getting harrassing phone calls along with all of our friends and families that were previously named as references. These people did not hesitate to call and tell our friends / family exactly why they were calling! (late on payments&threatening repossession!)
What the hell ever happened to our privacy??? They would then insist on asking where the car was??? The physical location??? We were three months behind on payments before and did get caught up - NO threat of it being repossessed!
When our car WAS repossessed by Flamingo we were only a few days behind!!! I was almost relieved when it was taken because we were no longer getting harrassed!!!
We had paid on that Jeep Liberty for almost 2 years!!! I want my car back! We had already paid thousands of dollars for this automobie and were never given a chance to get it back or get any of our possessions out of the car!
If there is anything that anyone can do for us - I would appreciate any help at this time! This company is a joke!!!
