I had a vehicle through CNAC back in 1999. They claim I was married when I signed the contract. I have NEVER been married in my life. It took them 7 years to finally sue me. Bartolini Finance is not even the finance company I used. It was cnac. I feel like I am being taken for a ride. I am a single mother of 3 kids and I am having my wages garnished because of this. I can barely make a living because of them!!!
