This story gets pretty long so he goes. Bought three qauds from another dealer, 2 raptor 80's, 1 raptor 350 total loan was 15,000. A year goes by i want to trade in the 80 raptors i go to LIC&M i wanted to get 2 grizzly 125 s he runs my credit (eddiesalesman) tells me to come back i get there and he has 2 DVX 250s out i told him i didnt want that he says they are only a couple of bucks more same payment as the other deal with the grizzlys then i go talk to the finance guy FREDDY he told me i was approved and my total loan was 21,900 and that included my old loan and the 2 new atvs after some shady paperwork that wasnt even filled out i was told to sign i said there is nothing here what am i signing for he then comes back with paper work for the 250 for 10,000 isaid to him these are only 3800 brand new then says oh no your not paying that much scribbles it out and says just initial this here and sign ok then he goes and adds it back in after i left he told me that he could not get me approved for the whole amount on one card and that he had to open a kawasaki card and put the 1900 on it i say ok a month goes by the card comes and the balance is 10,000 isaid what? Icalled him eplained the charge and that my intrest rate was 17% not 9.9 as agreed oh yeah i'll fix it called him for 2MONTHS no call back i come to fid out that if after the first moth if there is no intrest rate on the loan it automatically goes to 17%. Now try to follow me here, the intrest rate went up and up and i keep calling to no avail then the kawasaki people call and tell me they want 11,000 or the raptor 350 isaid that quad is paid off in my other loan of 21,900 i took my problem to an attorny and he told me that someone got a check for 10k and im paying for it he not only charged my quad but also sold it back to me for more than i paid for it new there are alot of other things i this story to tell but when i startedthis letter and i was 35 im now 36 (i type really slow) bottom line is something needs to be done about this guy and the lawyer i talk to said he is open for a class action suit less burden on all of us since they took all our money anyone looking to do something about this email me @ [email protected]
