Tustin Toyota - Toyota Factury Customer Relations Obsolete tires on brand new 2007 tundra Ripoff

On the 16/06 I was traveling on highway 15 bound to Vegas in my new Toyota tundra when I left home it was night time the temp was 69 deg half way to Vegas past Barstow the temp was 109 deg around this area I had a blowout (odometer truck was 4220 miles) my professional opinion is temp change of 40deg and marginal tire was the cause, I was traveling about 70 mph when it happened and it did happen so fast needles to say there was not much left of the tire.

So I go Tustin Toyota and they look at tire and determine it is road hazard from the pieces of rubber that were left the tech said sorry no warranty on tire I asked to talk to the general manger he basically told me to go away an shoved in a polite and smirked at me and was not concerned that he will loose a Toyota customer maybe more I felt humiliated.

So what can I do I go to Costco where I usually buy my tires I was told that I have obsolete tires on my truck and they did not know what is the replacement.
So I started to look in manual found a booklet for Bridgestone which no phone number just an address like I am going to drive with no spare so after making many calls I found their number the person I talk to gave me an authorized Bridgestone tire dealers I went there and they could not verify if the blowout came from inside or outside I asked for replacing the tire any way was going to drive with no spare I think it is illegal sales. Sales person came back and said Toyota put an obsolete tire on my 2007 truck which I purchased 2 month ago he searched and found replacement tire which has different specks even it looks almost the same so to replace the tire and buy warranty for all the tires it cost me less than $250 dealer was willing to loose at least costumer maybe more relatives friends and so on for $250. I do not know why Toyota did not provide warranty for the tire it is less than $30 per tire.

I also contacted customer relations all what they offered was $700 of the next purchase of a new Toyota like am going to buy a Toyota after my ordeal. The definition of obsolete old; no longer in use or valid or fashionable; "obsolete words"; "an obsolete locomotive"; "outdated equipment"; "superannuated laws"; "out-of-date ideas" disused: no longer in use; "obsolete words Obsolescence is when a person or object is no longer wanted
