Fox rent a car LAX tricks people by advertising low rate on the internet.
They did not let me use the upgrade coupon from their own web site saying company policy.
They told me to sign car condition as "perfectly clean" before I see the car.
Actual car condition was: 100s' of scratches, and old beat up car.
I refused to buy additional insurance twice, and "service agent" acknowledged and handed me a paper with hard to read small fonts full paper.
"Service agent" intentionally tricked me and added additional $20 per day.
Other service agent showed fully experienced about this scam when I complained about hidden charges when returning the car.
Headquarter service rep. At 800 # promised me to solve this problem right away.
Current situation: no reply, no return call, total ignore.
People, please don't be tricked by this scam... Go to the reliable company.
I will spread this in international site also so other tourists wouldn't become a victim of this scam.
