About april 15th, I found this company on the net claiming to do great things in the used parts (auto) business. I ordered a computer for a 1992 Mazda pkup
fully described with part numbers. I reluctently gave my credit card#. They immediately used it. $198.50us. Weeks went by nothing. Call after call, john yelled at me like it was my problem, finally gave me a tracking#. Turns out they had it in thier office all the time. I really wanted to kill the deal then but this was a hard to find part. 4 weeks from order to delivery I got it!
Not even close. Totally different part# even the yards own writing said 1990 mazda (not compatable). I called thouroughbred they said they would find the right one. Didn't happen. I asked for a refund, The reply was. Send it back and we'll refund. I did at my expense ($14.00) weeks go by, nothing. Lots of phone calls
$23.15 worth, Lots of on holds, lots of yelling and hot air from john, lots of i'll call you right back (never) John appears to earn his money in this manner, I heard him yelling the same way at anouther customer when he thought I was on hold. I have contacted Mastercard, they are starting an investigation. I did everything that was asked of me including listening to those two RUDE s#*"#
I have proof of all reciepts&returns, I assume my money is STOLEN I will not stop spreading the word until I have a full refund with an apollogy. John/chris
have tryed ever lame tactic to keep the money the defrauded me of. Good business practise boys, You give your industry a good name!
