Did not refund my down payment of $220.00

I purchased a warranty policy with this company on 3/29, it stated I could cancel within 30 days. I cancel it before the 30 days was up and was told to send the request in writing and let them know they could no longer take money out of my checking account. They told me I would receivie my refund within 60 days. I have not received my refund or heard from this company..
