Dishonest, no customer service, billing Ripoff

I purchased a used ecm for a 2000 neon. Said the part would be about to be returned and refunded if it did not work. Part did not work per dealer. John the owner said that i must have been drinking when they told me they would refund my money. Yelling was a key point in his round and round conversation, no meaning to the conversation. Then called me back and asked what he could do for me, i said i want a refund, he said ok, then talked in circles and told me no refund unless i proved i bought a new part from the dealer, i told him it was none of his buisness. So at the end of the day there was no refund. Also in the beginning i was told 150 for the part plus 15 for shipping, i check my credit at and the total was 185 not 165, so that would be the fraudulent part. Disrespectful, no customer service skill whatsoever, i can't believe he actually owns his own company. Wait till my lawyer gets ahold of this one.
