XSpeedia Towing serves the apartment complex I live in. A gentleman comes around several times a day in a red Lumina to check and see that all the vehicles are in appropriate condition with the proper stickers showing that they belong here.
If your vehicle registration or insurance has lapsed, you will be towed. However, the Lumina that comes around that holds that boots, with which they boot your car until the tow truck arrives, has had expired tags for quite sometime.
That's fine if you're going to force everyone into compliance by towing those who don't follow the rules... But don't use a vehicle with expired tags. It's maybe $50, just register the car.
