I, Joanne, am representing my daughter who is in the hospital. My daughter, Mackenzi, rented a car in January. She rented the car at 702 Car Rentals, First Premier Enterprises, Inc.
When she returned the car, she was told that their VISA machine was not working properly in order to refund her the $3,000 deposit due her upon rental return. The proprieter, Lee, told my daughter he would return her money as soon as the machine was fixed. This never happened.
When my daughter entered the hospital on March 16th I began to make the phone calls to collect the money. Each time I call I get a story to push me off to come to collect the money.
Lee has told me he knows he owes her the $3,000 but he's out of town... Not open... And all othe sorts of excuses.
Lee was supposed to call me to arrange for the refund on Tuesday, April 24th. He never called.
