On Thursday March 29 my car went out on me so i had it towed to xpress lube a Free diagnostic. There for i called back on friday at 3:30 pm to see what was the problem with my car. Frank was the guy that answered the phone and told me that they have not gotten to my car yet. So i drove by on Saturday and seen my car still setting out side.
So i called back saturday and they were telling me that my car battery was chargeing all day. When i know that there was nothing at all wrong with the battery.
I called them Monday about 9:00 and frank told me that they would know by 5pm and he would call me back but never got a call that day. About 1:30 on Tuesday I had gotten a call from xpress lube telling me what the problems were. Bruce was the guy that called me and told me what the problem was that was keeping my car from functioning.
On the other hand i never ok them to start fixing on my car. So when i go in on March 4 to get my car they were saying that the did six hundred dollars worth of work to my car with out showing me documents or receipts. Frank had me sit in the lobby about 45 min when putting together a auto quto for my car. When telling him i only had three hundred dollars he told me that i was not getting my car till i came up with all six hundred dollars.
After asking him to show me the work that was did to my car he told me that he didn't have time to show me "come back later i dont have time to show u now were busy" is what he told me. I told him i don't have all the money they were asking for. So then frank told me to come up with a hundred more and he will give me my car going down to hundred dollars. When telling him over all i have is three hundred he was not going for it.
So later that day i had my mom and dad call them and talk to frank. Frank told my mom if we come up with another twenty dollars he will give me my car for three hundred and twenty dollars. But they will never show me the work that they did to my car. When driven from Nellis ave to Washingtonian ave street i begin to see my car start to over heat. So i [pulled over] and open the hood and see water going every were.
So i called them and told them that the car was over heating. Frank told me to bring it back in when it cool's down. I got it back up to xpress lube frank came out and look at it and told me that the car is going to do that because it getting hotter out side when i now my car had never did that. I got the car home and still looked like it wanted to over heating.
Wednesday i had taken the car back and told them that my car is over heating and it was not over heating when i brought it here and they think they said that they did to the car was not did because i had toke the car to perfect auto. The manager replayed back how would you know that it was not over heating and i stayed back because i drove it last Thursday all day.
Therefore the manager said for me to leave the car there for they can take another look at it. This time i waited on xpress lube to call me back to days later telling me that the car is fine. When all they just did was ran a wire to the fan to stay on at all time.
Frank told me that the manager had test drove the car to make sure it was not over heating. I ask the manager was it over heating when he drove it and he replied back he did'nt drive it at all he only get in safe cars. When got there i ask what was done to my car he called the manager up front to speak to me telling me it was the fan not coming on at all.
Get home car was leaking oil every were and still over heating. Me and my mom went back up there to speak with the manager when making us wait twenty-five min on him. He began to yell at my mom when asking him question and ask what do u want now. When telling him that my car has gotten more problem after i brought it up here.
The manager stayed that he was calling the police on us to be removed off this property and he know what he's doing thats why he make a hundred thousand a year. When at the same time charging me a fifty dollar service charge. At the same time the manager use very nasty racily world toward me and tole me to get my junk car off his property.
Please help me with getting the help i need to make sure the xpress lube does not rip off any one else and i can get the money i gave they when the never fix my car. Thanks
