I ordered an oil pan for my Saturn. I sent a check to them for $150.00. Six weeks later, I had to drive to their shop in Arcadia, Florida and stand in the doorway for 3 hours and finally threaten to file a complaint at the Desoto County Sheriff's Office before they finally put the part in my hand.
Did they apologize? Did they say they are remorseful they have caused me all this trouble to get either a refund or a part?
No, Joe said to me, "Don't You ever come back here and talk to my wife like that again!!!" Telling her I wasn't leaving until I have a refund or a part I paid for is insulting? Do they really think I'm going back?
What is the planet where they're from, again? I believe they said 6th. Largest Saturn parts dealer in the world? Maybe on the 6th Planet.
I would advise anyone buying from these people to use C.O.D. To save yourself alot of grief.
