My husband has worked fo werner three different times now, only for things to get worse each time.
This time around his dispatcher and his supervisor are real jerks. They are now threatening him with truck abandonment if he does not stay with them. What i don't understand is if he abandoned their precious "blue snail", then why did they issue him another truck. Also why is the truck that he supposedly abondoned still sitting in their designated drop yard for the last month, with a load still under it??? Riddle me that one werner.
The second truck he was issued was not safe to drive at all and they would do nothing about it. He almost rolled that truck and he was told to "drive it any f*%&%^g way". This time they issued him a truck that has blown injectors, but he has been told to drive it anyway.
They are having him haul haz-mat loads with no placards and he no longer has a haz-mat endorsement on his license. Once again he was told to deliver the load anyway.
His dispatcher and the supervisor talk to him and I using the "F" word four or five times in a sentence.
They have also placed accidents that were never reported to any police department on his regular driving record and are black balling him from getting another job anywhere.
I would like some input on what to do about these jerks!!! I feel he is being threatened to stay with a company that he no longer wants to be employed with.
