After emailins the vendor in ebay motors category, i got a return email with their phone number to order faster, i spoke to the online sales dept, i wasnt concerned that they called themselves quality auto, i just needed the part, and the order was made for a new part and i provided my card # and address and phone #i was promised it would arrive mon or tues, well when i opened the box thursday when it came, all i could do is stand there and curse, i dont want to get censored so i wont use any of my quotes, i got a cookie box from missouri? With an old broken, obviously fire damaged piece of crap thats not worth the box it was sent in, i will follow up ive emailed them, and also left a phone message and informed ebay of one of their vendors aka dr auto aka quality auto, if they dont refund my money, i will contact visa fraud prevention, notify the local police dept, in mobile, contact the local news agencies and provide pictures and notarized and witnessed by a police officer friend i might even notify the intrestate trade commission, plus i have relatives in mobile ala. And they know influential people there its up to quality auto parts on how it turns out otherwise they will regret ever disrespecting a decent honest customer.
