Marketed 'lots of Manufacturer Guarantee quit', but this guarantee had terminated six months before = false declaration
Hallum Motors Inc., Marion, AR is definitely an EBay Power Vendor with 318 comments, 99.7% good. Hallum Engines outlined a Mercedes SL 500 on EBay. His feedback rating was clearly known by the vendor.
I purchased the Mercedes via ‘buy it now’, settled and acquired the vehicle 2 days later.
The vehicle seems to be okay, aside from 1 problem, that we sadly discovered AFTER making good feedback:
The publicized Manufacturer Guarantee (marketed as ‘plenty of Manufacturer Guarantee left’) had terminated six months before.
This Manufacturer Guarantee was a significant element in purchasing THIS vehicle and never a different one.
Every single endeavor of mine to obtain whether third party guarantee compensated from the vendor or perhaps a discount in the vendor failed. Calls and e-mails remained ineffective. Hallum Motors didn't offer any payment and created a bogus declaration within their record. Obviously that I’m definitely displeased with this particular organization.
Lesson learned:
1. Don't trust a positive feedback rating is not –ed even having by an EBay owner.
2. Delay atleast 14 days before leaving feedback
3. I’ll never again purchase a car or truck on EBay
4. On EBay exceeding $500 – interval I’ll never purchase something.
