Ripoff dishonest fraudulent unpolite wont get the job done stalls do not take care of customers needs all about the money

I'm really upset right now with this whole situation. I've tryed to be very level headed and simply ask for information and they WILL NOT help to resolve the issue in fact they wont even talk to me like an adult about it. I just got cussed at up and down from the manager guy Adam, and told never to call again and he hung up on me. See the isses are with the 2001 VW Jetta have been thrown around for the entire 90 days we had our warrenty and we have been lied to that our vehicle has been taken back to auto max—their repair people— (6 TIMES) to get repairs done, when Auto max claims the vehicle has been there twice and only LEFT THERE ONCE for repairs... We have brought the jetta back to them a total of 8 times for repairs and the same stuff is still wrong with the vehicle and NOW all the sudden we are stuck with this pos because they played around to get it fixed right the first time and now we have expired warrenty and its "no longer thier problem"

I just got off the phone with Adam (hung up on me actually) and I didnt raise my voice, cuss, talk to him inpolitely to any extent and now Im in tears because I do not know what to do next. We have NEVER purchased a vehicle from an actual lot before (always off of the owner of a used car) and we can honestly say weve been crapped on. We also purchased a 2001 Ford expo from them the previous month of purchasing the jetta, and have NOW been having problems with its electrical input... Things are backwards on it. The air and radio turn on when the key is not even in the egnition and when the car IS turned on and in drive, the air and radio wont work! I just dont know what to do, but im in tears over this experience because we are stuck with at LEAST $500 worth of things that need to be done to the Jetta and now that Tim is not there at Payless anymore (a prior manager—this placece is always hiring and firing people and people leaving left and right) the problem is not going to get resolved. Its a shame that we have to come up with money we dont have just to fix a problem that should have been taken care of (and probably cost less in the first place if it was done right the first time) from a problem that we have had persistantly from the begining.

I am a civil person and I do not wish to take this to court or have them blacklisted, all i want is for the initial problems to be fixed so that we can rid ourselves of them for good. I do not wish to get them in trouble but if this does not get resolved, I WILL talk to some one about their actions tward us. And the way I was cussed at and hung up on from a place that calls themselves a "business" its given me no other choice but to at least get some satisfaction for being screwed over... Im willing to take this to court or anywhere I can in order to get some justice because now we have almost 25,000 in vehicles that need extensive work done. Anyone thinking they can help may contact me.
