Dometic will not honor their 3 year warranty on the refrigerator. Play phone tag until passed warranty date and then too bad..
The 1st frig was new when bought the motorhome but couldn't get warranty because not orginal buyer, the 2nd frig took the dealer 2 weeks to get approved and now this time the dealer told me I had to do and all they did was play phone tag for 3 weeks until the warranty was expired. Now am out of luck.
Will not buy another Dometic product. The frigerators cost about $14000 and don't last 3 years on gas as burns hole in cooling pipe.
