Thank you consumer complaints and thank you ken of north port florida. I was not ripped off but might have been if I had not read your report.
It seem longwood industries are still up to their old tricks - at least their sales pitch is still exactly the same in july as it was in aug.
A few days after placing an ad in the Autotrader.ca I received an email from "jeff" claiming he was with Longwood industies and it was a 501 (c) 3 company which for $89 (money back guarantee) would match up buyers for my vehicle and put them in touch with me. He also said I would be able to get my asking price.
On researching 501) c) 3 companies (which I had not heard of before) and finding they are apparently community service companies more interested in providing a service than profit I became even more suspicious.
Then I came across your site and read "Ken's" sad story. If it is any consolation to Ken he and your site probably saved me $89.
