First, a slaesman told us 3 things which were not true, cruise control to be added would be factory job by their technicians, but it was done by Car Toys. After installed, it required 3 visits to repair it half way. (and no repair receipt was given even after asking) License plates were promised in 10 days, but it took 2 months which required me to use white-out all over the cardboard temp plate several times. Salesman told me car would get up to 45 mpg, but it gets only 30-31. When getting my complimentary oil change and wash, they forgot to wash it, but did damage the left rear-view mirror. (They are not responsible for damage or theft) When you leave them an email, they send you a "canned response, saying they have the car you want in stock. This place is just poorly run
