Ripoff. Circle olds, the business that doesn't give a damn

I purchased a 1995 camaro for 8500.00 bucks tried to get plates but car would not pass emissions test, called manager and he rudely said too bad, I told him I would come to lot and put a note on my car that explained what they did and he threatened to have me arrested, thats real good business practice.
