This Place is horrible. What started out as a $1,900.00 job turned into a $3,179.35 job. They constantly called with more work that needed to be done, & we went ahead and gave the go ahead (reluctantly).
WE HAVE YET TO GET OUR VEHICLE BACK! It was promised to us 6/19. It is now 6/27. We got the total amount owed from DAVID, and paid in full on 6/21/06. The vehicle was to be delivered that Thursday or Friday. We were told worst case if they got to busy Saturday.
The check has cleared the bank. Mr Rafael Sanchez accepted the check as payment in full. We are now on Tuesday 6/27/06 & still no truck. They are now claiming we still owe $150.00. Just to get the truck back we are willing to pay on delivery (towing charge already paid).
Several phone calls later we continue to hear, "He's on his way, he's stuck in traffic." It doesn't take this long with bumper to bumper traffic! Apparently we are going to have to call the police if we want our truck back.
Dont use this company!
