Ripoff -dishonest, incomplete customer feedback to get more money from custome

I took my Jeep Cheroke to have the transmission diagonosed and fixed. Was then told that the rear differential needed to be fixed. I was ready to take it to anothe mechanic, but was told 'we can do that' so I let them do the work on it. After paying over $2,500 I picked up the car. The next day I was driving the Jeep (30 miles away) and a lot of smoke came from the back. I exited from the expressway - My life was in danger - I thought the car was on fire. The car stalled, I jumped out of the car and called the Police and Fire Department. I also called Transplant Transmission and never received a call back from Alan the Manager.By the time the Police arrived, the smoke had subsided, however, the vehicle was not driveable and I had to be pushed off the road to wait for a tow truck. I had the Jeep towed back to Transplant Transmission. I was then told I had a problem with the front differential. My question was why wasn't this looked a initially and addressed with me - it's like brakes, if you replace the rear, you would look to see if the front needed to be replaced. After another $1600 I picked up the Jeep. The next day after driving with my 2 year old granddaughter and son in the Jeep, coming through a toll booth I heard a clicking sound - saw it was coming from the wheel - something was rubbing against the wheel and it caused the wheel to move. Once again my life, my granddaughter and son's was in danger - the wheel could have come off. I called Transplant Transmission to ask if they thought this was driveable and after calling a few times because of no return calls, I was told they would send a tow truck to get the Jeep. The next day I was told that they checked, they took the wheels off and checked, they took the rear differential apart and checked and could find nothing wrong with the Jeep. After paying a tow bill of $189, I picked up the Jeep. Next day I was driving an once again a lot of smoke came out of the back and clicking sound could be heard again. I called and told them I was taking the Jeep to a dealer because I no longer trusted them in repairing the Jeep or telling me exactly what is wrong. The chrysler dealer informed me that a plug was missing from the rear differential and they also replaced the fluids. They also noticed that the car would drift backwards when in park. I then call Transplant Transmission again and told them all of this. They said the plug was in - inferring that someon was lying. I told them I was bringing the Jeep to the, to fix the trasmission which is under warranty. They then started telling me about the lose console caused the problems with the drifting. Once again a comversation after the fact rather than a discussion on the frontend. After they looked at it they then informed me that the pion was bad and that this was something that they replaced, but not covered by warranty because the size of the wheels caused the problem.

Their customer service STINKS! Each time they were getting more money for doing something that they said needed to be sdone after the fact. If they had me as a customer in mind, they should have talked to me about everything so I could make a decision on IF I wanted to get the Jeep fixed. But No... They nickle and dimed me and now it still isn't fixed.
