REPO Agents Lobel Finacial, Messed UP CREDIT! Bully, rude customer service, jack

On 02.24.06 my car was impounded by fairfield police. It was put on a 30 day hold.

I recieved a letter from the tow yard stating if i didn't pick "my" car up after the 30 days it would be lien sold.

Well 3 days later i get a letter from LOBEL FINANCIAL stating that my car has been REPO'd due to non payment and "breaking my promise" to pay.

I've never ever missed a payment with LOBEL FINANCIAL. I even have a payment history statement. Well i call LOBEL FINANCIAL to see why "my" car is being REPO'd and they tell me that its not REPO'd but impounded, and to dis-reguard the letter they sent me.

To my knowlege "my" car is still in a fairfield impound yard. I called LOBEL FINANCIAL to get more info about what is going on. I get their "Repo Department" and speak to a "Norma" ext. 1320

She tells me that "my" car has been taken out of the impound yard from fairfield and moved to their own. I ask where they gave me a phone number, which happens to be in sacramento, 60miles away from me.

Then "norma" wants 6 referances, a current utility bill, pay stub, my managers name and phone number, all the stuff they already have.

I asked to speak with their manager "howard" i asked him is their anything he could do for me, and he gave me a big fat "NO"

I told howard how much of an inconvience this is putting on me, and he replied "look at the inconvience you put on LOBEL, we paid to get the car out of the impound yard"

NOBODY asked you to!

I then asked to speak with his manager "Joseph Sarimento" never got to speak with him. Spoke with his secratary. She told me a "REPO" was going to go on my credit report.

Now my car is 60miles away rather than the 10miles, i have to pay $730 for LOBEL to release my car. I also have to pay their REPO agents for storage.

Their REPO agents cant quote me a strait price. The lady who answeres their phones is very rude! It is now 03-24-06 and i still dont know where my car is in sacramento.

LOBEL FINANCIAL is a very shady company do not do business with this company! You will regret it major!
