I was asked by Kwik Kar Lube & Tune if I would like my fuel filter changed and I said yes as I was going out of state and wanted every thing to work properly. One day later, my car stalled on the side of the free way when I looked under the car it was leaking fuel. I had to fix the car my self noticing that they didn't have the correct fuel filter so they cut off the lines and spliced one in with rubber vacuum hoses which is why my car was broke down gas will eat up vacuum hose. So I took the car back demanded it be fixed properly with the factory connections and they said they would. About 6 months later I was letting my car warm up and a whole tank of gas leaked out on the lawn, the leak was coming from the top of the gas tank, so I dropped the tank and what do I see, spliced in hoses with rubber fuel line hose and clamps. I took the car to the dealer and had to have the whole fuel pump replaced 700.00 worth of parts and labor.
