On Dec. 14 we brought our 2005 pacifica in for a pre-arranged servicing for a headlamp recalll, small transmission leak, and the ABSlight on. They refused to give us a loaner until day 9. As of Jan. 22 they will not release our car or respond to us. The CHRYSLER 800 number told us they can't help us. We have written to their headquarters and they also have not responded. We are disgusted with this company that refuses to treat their customers with respect and simply refuses to correspond with us. Any help you can give us would br greatly appreciated
