Well, let begin with saying, that I have never been treated the way that I was treated at Landmark. Six months ago I bought a car from the used car center with the understanding that at six months I could trade it in for a car of my choice, yea sure. Went to buy a new car, and was told that my pay off was to much, well that is because they never even checked. I found out that my pay off was almost 3000.00 less then what they stated. So therefore I went back and put 2000.00 down and I have been driving my new car for three days, when Landmark called me and said that they were sorry but so far I have not been appoved and to keep the car until they get me approve so I requested for them to go threw the same finance company from before. I called to see what the answer from the finance deptartment was and was told to call and find out from the finance company they even gave the name of the finance officer to whom that I needed to check with, so kindly I did that and while on hold I over heard the finance manager bad mouthing me to them. I then proceed to hang up and call the salesman who in fact told me to call to check the statis of my application and inform him that I over heard the manager state that he is trying to get me to bring there car back. When in fact that was not discussed yet because the sales manager said that he was still trying to get me approved.
Well my phone rang and it was my finance company for my old car stating that I was causing trouble in her office which all that I was doing was checking the statis on my application like I was asked to do. So I will be taking this car back today and I will let everyone know that they are cheats and liers and if you do not want to spend alot of time on crap please do not go there. I am very upset... I will be reporting this to the proper management...
