My rear defroster on my Toyota Highlander 03 stopped working. I took it to Dick DyerToyota. They refused to fix it. They said it was not a warrantable item. They claimed I damaged it. They would only fix it if I paid over $600. They were not nice.
They also made a big deal that I did not purchase it at their dealership. I have bought 4 toyota's over 12 years. This is the last... I guarantee it. I never brought any in for in service warranty work.
When I went in to pick up my vehicle after they refused to honor warranty... They made me wait 1 1/2 hours. Do not buy from they... They do not honor warranties.
