Firestone
Put a dent in my door and scratched up my rims, ripoff

I brought my car in to get it fix at firestone, when i picked it up, i noticed i have a huge dent on my door. I asked the guys at firestone, they denied everything, and said it was there before they started to fix it. I told them it was not there before because i would've known.

So I contacted the corporate office about it, and got a claim on it with firestone, and then they just stopped picking up phones and would not return any of my phone calls.

Then later I took my car to get oil change, they strip the bolt for my oil tank. They tried to denied it again, however, this time I had the proof that they were the last person to do m oil change. Is there anything i can do to get some money back, because the door would cost me over $1000, and also i got scratched on my rim becasue they dont know how to do alignment.
