I won the bid on ebay on september 20th. I paid 71.01 plus 12.00 for shipping and handling. I have received one email from them asking that I leave feedback. I responded with"when I receive my seatcovers I will gladly leave feedback. Since then no email, no letters, no phone calls, NO SEAT COVERS! Their 800 number doesn't work so I have to pay long distance charges when I call and talk to their answering machine. Which really pisses me off. Apparently they have pissed off other customers also with the same crap. I just want my money back...
I reported them to ebay. And now I am reporting them to you. And I will tell anyone else who will listen. I feel like jumping on a plane and going in there and screaming at them to wake up and smell CUSTOMER SERVICE.
