Mr. Jay emery (dba - JAYS AUTO BODY) willinly and knowinly sold me a salvage vehicle, this happened 06-04. This vehicle has been paid for, i canot get the title or licence plates from him, due to the fact that this vehicle has never been through the proper inspections, so that it could be registered. Mr. Emery is refusing to recify this, and keep giving me the run around. There is nothing i can do with this vehicle.
