Auto Insurance Bad Customer service ripoff

Well, it's once again the 11th and I see that you have not taken your payment again. Not surprising, since this is what happened before. I do expect that I will probably be canceled within the next six days or so (Like you did to me last time, and without at least trying to get contact with me to let me know that the payment wasn't collected on time (Thanks a lot for the stress by the way) which was entirely YOUR FAULT!!!)

It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth wondering how the next six days are going to be. I am not a mind reader, but I see it going something like this. No contact yet again, six days later I get another cancellation notice IN THE MAIL.

I will call you up to find out what the deal is. To where I will be told that there was an issue with electronic bla bla not working right or that the other department didn't do, or there was a mix up, or whatever. And that I will need to do a check by phone (That is, if I don't get told that because it had been canceled before that nothing can be done about it, and I would have to start a new polise over (which because My last polise defaulted), and it will cost me more.) and will have to do this dance over again next month.

Well I've had it. After calling you up to find out (why oh why, not this again!) I get to talk to lovely Seleta (lovely like a dead skunk laying in the road after a car had hit it two hours ago in the hot desert sun, at high noon) where then she barked out the mighty procedures about that we show that it is in processing Bla Bla Bla (Yea, heard this line before). Right up till now everyone I had talk to had been nice, courtesies and very understanding and did what they could to solve the problem (Which I see has not been solved yet) But Seleta well Not going there again.

Seleta, I am sorry that I am trying to keep my insurance up to date, that I do not want to be canceled again (cause your people don't know what they are doing) because I do not want to be one of those people who drive with out it then get into an accident and hurt them selves by it. I am also sorry that I AM a customer who IS by the way paying your paycheck. AND I am sorry that I had to talk to you.

We all have jobs that we don't like to do (Well most of us) but you are getting paid to do a job. If you don't like the job that you are doing (I don't know why, Maybe you feel you are not getting paid enough. I don't know, don't really care to tell the truth) but if you agree to do a job you should be more professional than this.

And before you rant and rave and storm off steaming saying to your self that I do not know what I am writing about. Guess what Ma'am, I do. I've done your job, thank-you very much. I have worked as a customer service Rep before. And let me tell you if you think that answering a few questions about a person's bill is hard. Think again. Try to walk a 80 year old Grandmother (nothing against 80 year old grandmothers. Some do know a thing or too) who knows nothing about a computer, much less what a I.P. Or a THCP is) to get her grandsons or her computer back online so she could chat with her online friends again in less than TEN minutes.

You did seem to know that scrip well but you are rude and impolite.

Back to the point I've had it. This will probably be the last payment that I make with this company. I will be looking for auto insurance elsewhere because there is no Assurance with you

P.S.S. To all the other Reps That I had talked to, Great job!!! I can say that you have the right stuff but Progressive direct auto insurance doesn't.
