Two years ago, i purchased i 2000 ford one ton dually from courtesy ford.
I do not have the best of credit and was charged an exhorbitant interest rate of 26%. At the time the finance office of courtesy ford told me, that if i kept my payments made on time for one year that they would re-finance it.
At the time there were two ford co. Reps standing there, they agreed to a refinance in one year. Well, 2 years have passed and i have been trying to get them to re-finance it, now they are saying that they can't do it.
Ford states that they don't do refinancing. On top of all of this they more or less stripped my truck, while i was signing the paperwork, they took my truck to their garage and stripped it.
They removed the light plug-in for a camper. Actually they cut the wires. They rmoved the hitch and other thing, when i asked they said, oh, no, those things belonged to the guy that owned it previously.
I bought the truck as it was, when i saw it. So i had to go to the expense of having it all put back on. I have talked to courtesy about trading it in and getting rid of it that way, now they say my truck is only worth $22,000.
So here i am with an albatross around my neck that is costing me $1075.00 a month and don't know where to turn to next. This truck has already cost me over $24,000 and will end costing $75,000.
