My car died, so I went to DRIVETIME, well I am stupid for that. I pay 189 bi-weekly for a 2001 ford taures. This car was good for a month. Now it is one problem after a nother. We had to replace the oil pan and gaskets, since it was leaking 5 quarts a day. It was estimated at 600 dollars to fix, luckily we have a friend with his own company.
He said that every hose was taped up for quick - fixes. Now there are transmistion problems, and the antifreeze sprays everywhere undre the hood. I have two kids which come with lots of bills. I missed one payment, and I am now constantly harrassed. They even called my dad. I am 24! I dont understand how they are still in operation. I cant afford to take legal action on my own. And whe I asked DRIVETIME for assistance on getting the car fixed, they told me that the POLICY had changed. Screw that!
