They will tow your car for free, but will hold it "hostage" until you pay the bill. When they ask you to pay the bill, it is a whole new $ amount that they are asking. And it is always for more than you agreed on. How would you like paying over $400.00 for new brakes???
They tried to rip off my sister and held her car hostage. They replaced some of the brake lines and told here what the total price was and then called her back later and all of a sudden all kinds of work needed to be done to the car and didn't finish fixing her brakes. When she went to another brake place to get the rest of the work done, they noticed that Done Right Automotive didn't even do all the things that they originally stated that they did on the invoice. So beware and do not go to this guy he is a crook and he will especially rip off women!!!
