Package Stuck in One Location for 4 Days, Rude Service

FedEx has to be the worst! It is so serious that when I find out that is the form of delivery, I cancel my order. How ridiculous is that? You have no good customer skills, are rude, and take forever to deliver. My package has been in the same location for 4 DAYS! I really hate FedEx the worst. UPS is way better than you guys.
