While our personal belongings arrived safe I have some issues with the way bookings are done on line... Confusing web site and the live people seem to have an edge to them when you need them to be accommodating instead! All in all things worked out and I am glad for that. I did save money by using this system when compared to using a moving company, (which we did use,) and the moving company broke/damaged some of our stuff where PODS didnt'.
