Usps employee tells me to go "screw myself"

I will never use USPS again as long as I am breathing! A package was supposed to arrive at my house today (March 8) according to the tracking information that I was given. When I went back to check the tracking information just to make sure that it would arrive today, the current status of my package changed to %u201Cmissent%u201D. So what I ended up doing was to call the customer support line which they attempted to assist me but did not have adequate information so they gave me the number to my USPS branch office. The number they gave me was incorrect so I had to call back again so they could give me another number to try. When I finally reached the %u201CSnapper Creek%u201D (305-274-9849) branch located in Miami, FL, I spoke to someone named Juan that said that I had the wrong branch that they don%u2019t deliver to my location even though I told him that the package was missent. So he gave me another number to the branch that corresponded to my location which was the %u201CCountry Lakes%u201D (305-969-6110) branch also located in Miami, FL. I spoke to someone named Elliot which at first was helpful in trying to find the missent package asking me for the tracking number. He put me on hold while he went to go look for it in the back and then he comes back and says that I sent him on a wild goose chase for a package that wasn%u2019t even there. He tells me that the package was located at the %u201CSnapper Creek%u201D location. I kindly told him that I was not the one who sent you on a wild goose chase, that the other employee from %u201CSnapper Creek%u201D directed me to the %u201CCountry Lakes%u201D location saying the package was there. My next step was asking Elliot to call Juan in figuring out where my package is that I was tired of being the middle man. He responds to me saying that he cannot do that because problems among employees would be created saying that %u201Cemployees don%u2019t like to be instructed by other employees%u201D. That something %u201CBAD%u201D would happen to my package if he got himself involved as a form of revenge among employees. He also stated that this is not part of his job description. So I responded by saying that it%u2019s not my problem that employees don%u2019t like instructing each other to do things that your job is to deliver and process packages accordingly which obviously was not being done. I then told him that I have a close friend in the USPS business that I will be calling to see if he could assist me since no one wanted to. Then he responds by saying that %u201CI am blowing this all out of proportion%u201D yet he does not know how important that package was in getting here today on time. I told him since no one wanted to help me any further that I would have to take these matters into my own hands. Then Elliot finished off this conversation by telling me to go %u201Cscrew myself%u201D. USPS has beyond disrespected me in hiring this type of person and no one should be treated this way especially when you%u2019re paying for it. Not only does USPS lose your packages, but they don%u2019t even have the decency to correct it along with disrespectful comments like what Elliot said. Think about this the next time you ship a package with them.
