Meineke car care center. They didn't replace oil filter

I went for my second oil change visit. I marked the oil filter of my car before leaving it at MEINEKE. When I had my car back, I checked the oil filter, and guess what? It had the same oil filter obviously with the mark I put on it. Very dishonest job.
