This comment relates to customer service received from the Jumbo Dealership. I am deeply disappointed in their inability to deliver 5 (five) recently purchased vehicles to our contract site in Cape Canaveral, FL.
We were REPEATEDLY assured that delivery would take place at a given date and time and it did not happen. We were told on Friday, 4 January that vehicles would be delivered by 8:00AM... It did NOT happen. We were not contacted by the shipper, Jumbo, or ANYONE as to the status of this delivery and I kept people late in the hope that delivery would take place... It did NOT.
They don't return calls. They don't MAKE calls or keep people informed. I asked for an itemized receipt and they provided me a "picture" of a receipt that only had a total figure on it. I don't know if
This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a merchant—especially after we spent over $40,000 on FIVE vehicles AND paid (in advance) for the delivery. I don't know what recourse Hollywood Kia has with Jumbo, but they're dragging them down by association.
