I have analyzed the 64 reviews in Yelp and found that in those 64 reviews, except for 3 occurrence of 4 points and 1 occurrence of 2 points, all others 60 occurrence are 1 or 5 points (28 occurrence of 5 points and 32 occurrence of 1 points).
The data pattern is evident: for a serial of 1 point, there always a serial of 5 points following them.
After actually read the reviews, I found that those low point reviews are more specific to what really happened; those high 5 star points reviews are more generally sing high praise for Bell Honda, and the writing styles are very similar, like written by 2 or 3 people.
Based on the above analysis, it is safe to say that Bell Honda counter attacks negative customer reviews with 5 star reviews
