Omg, I strongly urge EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY from this place. I bought the car in may uponrosession in September I still owed 11k on A car that was 13k to begin with... Everything went fine, I always Dealt with Amanda and she was really nice and understanding, then The new B* Holly took over and changed my account manager 3 times in 6 months. My husband had surgery in August and I informed them I was not going to be able to work, she said it was ok not to worry about it, then I start getting harassing phone calls while he is half dead in the hospital treating they are going to drive to Peoria to retrieve my car, I never hid it from them, told her I wasn't dealing with her idiots any longer... So after he gets home in mid September I still have the car for two whole weeks until the beginning of October, then she wants to put her big girl panties on and try and run her mouth to me and name call like she's in high school??? Needless to say, I am now having my attorney take over, still o word on weather or not the car has been sold at auction, I'm sure it has, but I guess we shall see what the attorney says to do next... Btw, I'm sure Holly will read this, and I'm still waiting for that A* beating you been telling people you were going to give me, I guess u should watch who u talk S* it, I know ALOT of people in this town... Stay away from jd byryder in springfield illinois and decatur illinois
