Where is my parcel

Tracking number CQ019620845US. It was sent nearly two weeks ago to come to the UK. As far as the tracking is concerned it is still in Miami.

When will it get to a decent delivery service like the UK postal service. They are far superior.

We have phoned USPS 3 times and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Please get your act together.
