I'm from Canada and I can't write to https://www.usps.com via e-mail address because we need to provide an US address. The addresses from Canada are not allowed and I can't call them via phone, because I don't speak english. My package is stuck at LOS ANGELES, CA 90009 (Depart USPS Sort Facility) since about a week right now.
How can I contact them via E-Mail from Canada?
