I began operating in the McDonaldis in Ames, Iowa on Lincoln Method in January of this past year. Although I had been there I went into some really unprofessional people and some weeks later experienced that I had been employed in a dangerous work place. The supervisor there continuously created facebook statuses about "putting a bitch" and "don't-mess with me" etc that have been all directed at me. She spread news and rumors about at the office so others might look down upon me and it is a pathological liar and incredibly intense. Throughout the summertime issues just turned worse. Another supervisor understood that which was happening and was worried for my wellbeing. She agreed to assist me complete nuisance paperwork but I decided to not comprehending that the supervisor who had been performing the bothering might discover and issues might advance even more. At-one stage another colleague oneday informed me after I clock-out simply to proceed right to my vehicle in concern that she'd pursue me. A couple of days later I had been in another cafe, when I strolled out she'd left beside my vehicle and endangered to "beat my encounter in" easily actually glared or smirked at her again. She also informed me I had been useless, my sweetheart did not need me, that I had been a cunt, and so on. She also informed me to-go cry to my parents since she would deliver her very own parents after me. I switched in my own two-week spot the evening after without any work protection since I had been scared of what may occur easily remained. I told a supervisor who had been above her what had occurred. She just responded, "that seems severe, but I am sorry that needed to occur to you."
