Trend House Company is a full service supply business working with individual and other customers in many industries. The role of the indicated position is to provide leadership for the successful management and enlargement of the worldwide supply chain. You will be responsible to create a proactive S/C team, oriented toward continuous improvement.
The employee will be responsible for creation the methodologies, sample and goods required for the creation of business processes that are strict, accurate, complete, functional, and consistent throughout all Customers. This job will be responsible for controlling the process of collaborating with the appropriate interested parties and maintaining the Procurement business processes, and defining the functions and tasks associated with the Sourcing and Procurement processes.
Obligations:
- Check out and report on supplier on-time shipping; communicating through any problems that could impact the company's business and elevating concerns as needed
- Utilize demand inputs to develop an inventoriable cost
- Utilize analytical concepts and tools to disclose issues, resolve problems, and support supply chain planning
- Analyzing the merchandise quotes and price model to find out a correct assortment cost
- Process purchase assignments and work with supply base to ensure accurate delivery
- Manage special projects as assigned by supervisor
Experience & Skills:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work in collaborative environment; with limited control and constant initiatives
- Ability to multitask in a demanding timeline driven position
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization to achieve positive results
- Ability to optimize a supply chain logistics network
- Must have experience working for a consumer products or packaging manufacturer
- Must have working understanding of the following Business Process Areas: Product Sourcing, Purchasing, Invoicing&Supplier Connectivity, Supply Planning, Procurement
