Unauthorized Charge

I have recently paid a small one time fee and just yesterday I found out that $100 has been taken from my account. I used my husbands debit card to pay the small one time fee and the next thing we know you guys have taken money out. This was an unauthorized charge and would like to have a full refund ASAP!
